Exchange and Return Policy

At Nano Bamboo, we are committed to providing a clear and comfortable shopping experience. We carefully select our products to support everyday comfort and customer satisfaction. This Exchange and Return Policy has been prepared in line with the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


First: Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and includes all original packaging and accessories, if any.

Since Nano Bamboo products include socks and personal wearable items, products cannot be exchanged after being used, washed, or showing any signs of use, in order to maintain hygiene, safety, and product quality standards.

The customer shall bear the shipping cost related to the exchange request, unless the exchange is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error from the store, such as receiving a wrong size, color, or product different from the original order.

Nano Bamboo reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving the exchange. If the product is found to be used, damaged, or not compliant with the exchange conditions, the store has the right to reject the request and return the product to the customer. The customer may bear any related shipping costs in such cases.


Second: Return Policy

Customers may request to return the product and cancel the purchase within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and has not been used or benefited from.

To accept a return request, the product must be in its original condition with all packaging and accessories, if any. For socks and personal wearable items, returns are not accepted if the product has been used, washed, or opened in a way that affects its original condition or makes it unsuitable for resale, unless the product is defective or does not match the order.

The customer shall bear the shipping cost or any costs related to the return process, unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error from Nano Bamboo.

After receiving and inspecting the product and confirming that it meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the order, subject to the processing time of the payment provider or bank.


Third: Cases Where Exchange or Return Is Not Accepted

Customers are not entitled to request an exchange or return in the following cases:

  1. If the product has been used, washed, or shows signs of use.
  2. If the product is a personal wearable item and has been opened or used in a way that affects its original condition, hygiene, or safety standards.
  3. If the product is damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or poor storage by the customer.
  4. If the product was made or prepared based on a special request or specific specifications selected by the customer, except where the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.
  5. If more than 7 days have passed since the customer received the order.
  6. If missing or damaged packaging or accessories resulted from the customer’s handling of the product after delivery.
  7. If the request is due to a change of mind after using or benefiting from the product.


Fourth: Defective Products or Wrong Orders

If the customer receives a wrong product or notices a clear manufacturing defect, they should contact Nano Bamboo customer service within 7 days from the date of delivery, providing the order number and photos showing the issue.

After reviewing and verifying the case, Nano Bamboo will bear the shipping, exchange, or return costs if the issue is confirmed to be caused by a store error or a product defect.


Fifth: Shipping Delay or Non-Delivery

If there is a significant delay in delivering the order, the customer will be notified whenever possible. If the delivery is delayed for more than 15 days beyond the agreed delivery date or the applicable legal period without a force majeure reason, the customer may request order cancellation and a refund in accordance with the applicable regulations.


Sixth: How to Request an Exchange or Return

To request an exchange or return, please contact Nano Bamboo customer service through the contact channels available on the store and provide the following information:

  • Order number.
  • Customer name.
  • Mobile number.
  • Reason for the exchange or return request.
  • Photos of the product and packaging, if needed.

The Nano Bamboo team will review the request and respond with the next steps as soon as possible.

Approval of any exchange or return request is subject to receiving and inspecting the product by the Nano Bamboo team and confirming that it meets the conditions stated above.
